My husband is currently serving in Afghanistan and tried to order me flowers from the flower shoppe of new albany...not only was the arrangement awful (everything was just thrown together in a vase with a bunch of fern leaves shoved in the bottom) I didn't get the teddy bear either. When I called to tell them this, they said they'd call me back. What I got was a very rude and patronizing message telling me I got what I ordered. No, I didn't order anything. My husband who is serving to protect them did and couldn't get what he wanted. I've never been treated so rudely by a business and I will NEVER have anything to do with them again.

I have been going to the Flower Shoppe for many years, it is always a treat to see how they have the store redecorated in such elegant fashion! My daughter had her wedding flowers done there and they were a mere fraction of the price of many others we checked and the owner, Pam, is just a sweetheart and worked with us on a tight budget and allowed us to make payments. When my husband passed away, I just couldnt believe my eyes when I saw those flowers atop his casket! So FRESH! and they lasted for over a week! And they are even open on Sundays!!
