Being new to the area I didn't have a favorite florist around so I just choose the one that I had noticed the most since we moved here and that was Aebersold Florist. I had heard they were locally owned and thought that sounded nice, man was I wrong!! I went here for my father’s funeral and I can't believe how awful the service and the flowers were. I picked out a large wreath and an arrangement for the lid also. They were both full of dried out and wilted flowers. The one on the inter lid kept dropping dead flowers on my fathers face. This was a one day funeral and burial, 5 hours total and it was all inside so weather and time had no part in the flowers holding up. I was terribly disappointed and decided to go by and tell them the next day. The owned was very nice and said she would be happy to give me a partial refund. 2 months later I still had NO refund and when I called she could never come to the phone and she never return the calls. I finally got her on the phone today and she has decided she will not be giving me a refund after all. She claims I should have called during the funeral and she would have fixed the problem. That's nice but SORRY I was a little busy with burying my Dad and didn't think about calling her in the mist of dealing with my morning and my family to call and give her feedback on her poor workmanship. Other flowers that were there and had been purchased at Kroger's looked better than the ones that I had purchased at what was suppose to be a professional florist.
